What's New in Yoroflow?
New Email Analytics Widget in YoroCRM
Our latest update introduces the Email Analytics widget on the dashboard, designed to provide in-depth insights into email activity within the application.
The widget features two key reports:
- Summary Report: This gives you an overview of your email performance, displaying the total count of emails sent, delivered, undelivered, read, and their respective percentages.
- Detailed Report: Here, you can dive deeper into the data, with counts broken down by individual users.
In addition to these reports, the widget offers several filters to refine the data, including date, workspace, board, and status filters. For added convenience, users can also export the Detailed Report to Excel for further analysis.
With this new feature, you can better track your email engagement and gain valuable insights to optimize your communication strategies.

Enhanced Email Bounce Categorization in YoroConnect
We’ve made it easier to track and understand undelivered emails in YoroConnect! As part of our latest update, undelivered emails are now categorized into hard bounce and soft bounce within the YoroConnect campaign board.
This enhanced categorization is also reflected across all email-related widgets on the dashboard. Now, wherever undelivered emails are shown, you’ll see them classified as either a soft bounce or hard bounce, helping you better manage your email campaigns and take corrective actions where necessary.



New Email Conversation View in YoroCRM
We’ve given the email experience in YoroCRM a makeover! The campaign board’s email page now features a new conversation view, making it easier to track and manage your email interactions.
All emails from the same email ID are grouped together into a single conversation thread—unless a new thread is manually created. This new design makes it easier to follow the flow of communication, keeping everything organized and accessible in one place.


Automatic Email Sync in YoroCRM
We’re excited to announce the introduction of Automatic Email Sync in YoroCRM!
Now, on the campaign board’s email page, users can enable the Auto Sync feature by simply toggling the button. Once activated, all email conversations—whether sent from within or outside YoroCRM—between the specified sender and recipient email IDs will be automatically synced and displayed within the conversation view. This update ensures that no important communication is missed, streamlining your workflow and keeping everything in one place.

Automated Contact Creation from WhatsApp Chats in YoroCRM
We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature in YoroCRM: the ability to automatically create contacts from WhatsApp chats!
With this enhancement, you can easily add new contacts directly from WhatsApp. Simply click the toggle button next to Contact Creation under Integrated Apps in YoroCRM. When a message is received from a new contact, their name and contact number will automatically be added as a new contact. The lead source will be marked as Inbound, and the Referral Source will be updated as WhatsApp.


Additionally, you can set up automation to seamlessly add these contacts to a campaign or deal board. For example, you can create an automation that adds a new contact with a Referral Source of WhatsApp to a specific deal or campaign, streamlining your workflow and enhancing lead management.

WhatsApp Sequences and Workflow Controls in YoroCRM
We’re excited to introduce WhatsApp Sequences as part of YoroCRM’s enhanced workflow automation features. Now, you can seamlessly integrate WhatsApp communications into your workflows, just like email sequences!
With this update, you can create custom workflows from the event automation that includes Message Tasks, where you can define the Task Name, Provider Name, Mobile Number, and the message content.



To ensure effective follow-ups, you can track message statuses with the new Message Status control. This allows you to trigger the next task based on whether the message is read, or the customer responds. Additionally, you can set a time-out option and map the responses to contact fields for better organization and personalization.


These sequences are fully customizable to suit your needs. Plus, all conversations will be updated in the task from which the sequence was triggered, ensuring smooth tracking and follow-up with your contacts.
Bulk User Import Now Available in YoroCRM
We’re excited to announce a new feature in YoroCRM that simplifies the user import process! You can now bulk invite users by importing an Excel sheet, allowing you to add up to 100 users at once.
To get started, download the user template from YoroCRM, where you can select the license and roles for each user from the drop-down menu. Once you’ve filled in the template with the required information—such as email ID, license, and roles—you can easily import the file into user management.



To ensure smooth imports, the system will alert you with an error message in case of any issues, such as duplicate entries in the import file, repeated contacts within the sheet, invalid email IDs, and missing mandatory columns like First Name, Last Name, Login Email, License, and Roles.



This new update streamlines user management, saving you time and effort when inviting and assigning roles to multiple users at once.
New Dashboard Insights in YoroConnect
We’re excited to introduce an enhancement to the YoroConnect Dashboard, providing users with new, detailed insights into Lists, Campaigns, Contacts, and Mail Reports.
This update consolidates key data onto a single page, empowering users with the information they need to make more informed decisions and optimize their campaigns. With these new insights, you’ll have everything at your fingertips to drive better performance and strategy.
