Signing into Google Account
In the latest update to Yoroflow, users can now sign in to their Google accounts with enhanced security measures. This new feature allows users to enter their client ID and secret ID for a secure login. Additionally, users can grant access to either all groups or a specific group, providing greater control and flexibility. With this enhancement, Yoroflow ensures a seamless and secure authentication experience for its users.
Custom fields in YoroDesk
We’re excited to introduce a new feature in YoroDesk – custom fields for emails. Users can now configure custom fields within the Request Type settings for each board. Custom fields such as Reply-To, Message-ID, Return-Path, X-Originating-IP, Priority, and Disposition-Notification-To can be selected. These fields will be prominently displayed at the top of all emails received on that board, offering enhanced customization and better email management. This update ensures users can access key email details quickly, improving workflow efficiency and tracking communication.
